Thanks for dropping by. As you probably guessed, I'm Alexander. Though a native of the Bay Area, I've lived in Los Angeles for many years.
My wife and I travel the world whenever possible. However, with a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old, most traveling has been postponed.
It goes without saying that there are a million photographers out there these days. I feel that I set myself apart from the the rest in a few ways. Firstly, I try to connect with my clients on a personal level. Anyone can set up a light and take photographs. I try to capture genuine moments, and those moments don't happen on their own. Secondly, I love what I do, and am constantly experimenting with light and different techniques....just ask my wife. You won't catch me shooting with a flash on my camera, as I always like to truly control and sculpt with the light. I am a Photoshop expert, and retouch my own images. My clients have the option of shooting in my studio or on location. Being photographed should be fun......or at least not agonizing, and I'm not happy until the client is happy.
